Security Threat / Gap Analysis Plus Strategic Planning

Our multi-faceted, seasoned security officers can be engaged to do a deep dive into your systems, network and architecture to identify the biggest risks to your company. As part of this engagement, which involves deep analysis and hands-on discovery, we will create a risk heat map identifying the highest to lowest risks. In addition, we will provide a strategic plan of action to reduce or eliminate these risks based on priority and risk appetite. Audit Services

We offer industry experienced security officers to perform pre-certification audits, to prepare you for any upcoming certifications you are looking to obtain (e.g. SOC 2). Many companies are requiring their suppliers and vendors to be cybersecurity certified to continue doing business with them. In addition to helping you choose the right solution partner; we are also very qualified to manage these vendors and their implementations if you don't have the available or right resources to do so. Fractional CISO (vCISO) Services

We realize not every company can hire a full-time CISO, so we are here to be your security leader, helping the CIO/IT Leadership sleep better at night knowing we have them covered. Our vCISOs are seasoned and are all comfortable dealing with the C-Suite or the Board as needed. They also leverage our vast internal network when researching and solving problems.
